Purchase a BabyStart Box
The contents of each BabyStart box have a retail value of between $800 and $900. Each purchase allows us to send you a beautifully curated box of baby items and give an identical box to a baby in need. Thanks to the generous support of our suppliers, your purchase buys two boxes for $387.50 each - or a total of $775.

Shipping
All shipping costs within New Zealand are included in the price of the BabyStart box. We do not ship boxes internationally - any boxes shipped internationally after purchase become the responsibility of the sender, both in terms of logistics and compliance with any applicable international safety standards.
All deliveries must include a street address and phone number. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We do not charge extra for rural deliveries. We accept no responsibility for failing to deliver if you provide an incorrect street address.
Post Haste Couriers are used for all box deliveries. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. Deliveries to rural areas may, at times, take longer.Returns
If any of the products in your baby box are faulty or damaged when they reach you, we will replace them and cover all shipping costs. Please contact us for more information.
Please note that, on occasion, cardboard boxes may show small scuff marks. These are typically the result of normal storage and shipping.
